If you liked Verci, consider checking out Lumn which I developed as well. Lumn adds music-syncing lighting and pairs very well with Verci

Terms of Service

Last updated August 31, 2026

By downloading or using Verci ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

License

Verci is licensed, not sold. A one-time purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Verci on your Mac(s), subject to the activation limit shown at checkout. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app or circumvent its license check.

Payments & refunds

Purchases are processed by Polar, who acts as merchant of record.

Lyrics availability

Verci depends on third-party lyric data. Most tracks resolve, but some — typically very obscure releases — have no word-level lyrics available, and Verci will not animate those. Lyric coverage is outside our control and is not guaranteed for any particular track.

Acceptable use

Use Verci lawfully. Verci requests automation access to Music and Spotify solely to read the track that is currently playing, and keeps your display awake while a track plays so the lyrics stay lit; you grant these at your own discretion.

Disclaimer

Verci is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
